We are excited that you have expressed interest in one of our exciting Teva Adventure programs. Below please find a downloadable application for the Teva Adventure and NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) 2005 programs and a letter that explains the application & admission process and addresses some key issues such as safety. Please download both 1 & 2 below. You will find price information on the application.

Please read the letter carefully and fill out the application. Please save the completed application and attach the word document to your e-mail along with a small photo (less that 100K) and send it to applications@tevaadventure.org.

You may also print the completed application and mail or the application, photo & a check to the address on the bottom of the application.

The Reference Form needs to be completed by an adult who knows the applicant well and in a Jewish context.

Please return the completed application as soon as possible. Applicants will be accepted on a first come basis provided they meet the requirements. Our initial application deadline is: January 1, 2005.
